Travel to your roots
Thanks to the “ travel of roots” italian descendants residing abroad have the possibility to discover our small villages (borghi) full of stories and anecdotes, the TRADITIONAL recipes of grandmothers, dialects, EVERYTHING THAT RESIDES IN THEIR IMAGINATION and has always been part of their family’s cultural heritage.
Training and consulting
“The roots tourism” can bring back new life to all those small villages far from the mainstream circuits of italian tourism, the same ones that have been, and still are, protagonists of the italian diaspora. For this reason, it is important to create a tourist offer that can satisfy the needs and desires of Italians abroad and their descendants who return to Italy to discover the traces of their ancestors.

From both sides of the Atlantic, we created “Raíz Italiana”, a non-profit association with the aim of promoting and strengthening the cultural bonds between Italy and the rest of the world.
We, from Puglia at the “south of the boot”, put our years of expertise at your service to join you with the land of your ancestors and help you to become an active Italian citizen and to find the history of your past.
